Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order and are processing it.
  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Order Updates: You will receive an update email when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery Estimates:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are beyond our control.

Shipping Locations

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship to addresses within the United States of America.
  • International Shipping: We currently do not ship outside the United States of America.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 5 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Jellee Beauty is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Jellee Beauty is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the United States of America.
