Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase

Return Process

  • Initiate a Return: Contact us at info@jelleebeauty.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Ship the Item: Once your return is approved, we will issue a prepaid return label. Ensure the package is securely wrapped and includes the return form provided.
  • Inspection: After we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, contact us at info@jelleebeauty.com.
